The purpose and goal is to equip all members of the NEONLAK team with a set of basic competencies at a level that is achievable for them, and thus prepare them for further self-development and application in NEONLAK and in their lives in general. It is a long-term and complex process, which has its origin in what a new colleague brings to the company when starting from his previous life. It continues during adaptation, corporate education, integration into the corporate TEAM and is gradually completed in the course of life.
The basic competencies (Ten commandments of NEONLAK) do not stand side by side in isolation, they interwine in various ways, they are multifunctional, they have a superpositional form and they can always be acquired only as a result of the overall process of self-development and lifelong learning.
Being competent to work at NEONLAK is based on basic competencies (ie being able and motivated to use one’s ability)
