We are looking for a suitable candidate for the job:
LOGISTICS REFERENT (L/ODR/101)

DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
Employee at this post:
- communicates with the customer
- orders and registers the raw parts needed to ensure production
- orders and records the material needed to ensure production based on the requirements of the production manager
- issues and registers delivery notes for the customer
- issues and records receipts of delivered material on the basis of material control upon receipt
- prepares documents for production on the basis of orders and recalls
- prepares documents for the quality department
- handles logistical complaints
- prepares monthly reports on the receipt and issue of products
- cooperates with the output control worker
WE REQUIRE:
- education: high school / apprenticeship (or University )
- experience in logistics an advantage
- communicative level of English (texts, emails, telephones)
- advanced user knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, Internet)
- the ability to learn to work in Business Central Dynamics and with logistics programs
- communication skills
- assertiveness, independence, flexibility, ability to work in a team
- driving licence class B
